I love Kelli’s approach to weight loss – it’s not a diet, it’s your brain. Working with Kelli I’m on my way to reaching my goal.  I wanted to lose weight so I would look good in pictures at my daughter’s upcoming wedding.  I was looking for a quick fix.  There is no quick fix! I wanted coaching for my weight but Kelli quickly discovered my anxiety problem.  I’ve had debilitating anxiety since childhood.  As Kelli put it, I would catastrophize every situation.  She helped me learn how to recognize when my thoughts were spiraling out of control.  She taught me how to self-coach myself.  My anxiety has gone down. Being aware of when it’s happening and using the self-coaching techniques helps to mitigate it.  Having to tell Kelli what I was thinking *out loud* helped me see how ridiculous those thoughts can be.  I’m so much calmer now and it feels great.

Working with Kelli has definitely worked for me. I am a middle aged,
postmenopausal woman who has been trying different diets and exercise programs
for along time. I would start to lose weight but things never happened quick
enough, life would get in the way and I’d get discouraged and quit. Working with
