I wanted coaching for my weight but Kelli quickly discovered my anxiety problem. I’ve had debilitating anxiety since childhood. As Kelli put it, I would catastrophize every situation. She helped me learn how to recognize when my thoughts were spiraling out of control. She taught me how to self-coach myself. My anxiety has gone down. Being aware of when it’s happening and using the self-coaching techniques helps to mitigate it. Having to tell Kelli what I was thinking *out loud* helped me see how ridiculous those thoughts can be. I’m so much calmer now and it feels great.
