Working with Kelli has definitely worked for me. I am a middle aged,
postmenopausal woman who has been trying different diets and exercise programs
for along time. I would start to lose weight but things never happened quick
enough, life would get in the way and I’d get discouraged and quit. Working with
Kelli helped set me on a path I can stay on.
Kelli was so knowledgeable, good at motivating, and helped me come up with a plan
that fit my lifestyle. She helped me realize not to worry so much about my past
failures to lose weight, but rather to focus on what I could do now. She is so
supportive and easy to talk to that I was surprised every week how fast the time
went. So far, I have lost 20 pounds, without feeling like I had to deprive myself all
the time. I feel like I will be better able to cope with obstacles that will inevitably
get in my way on this life-long struggle, and am very glad to have Kelli to use as a
resource. I highly recommend her!
